Executive Committee Meeting
Wisconsin Section of the MAA
April 25, 2009
 

Present: Ben Collins, Jonathan Kane, Kristen Lampe, Andy Matchett, Ken Price, Laura Schmidt, Mark Snavely, Steve Szydlik,Irfan Ul-Haq, Bob Wilson.

1. The meeting was called to order at 8:40 by Bob Wilson.

2. Minutes of the Executive Committee Meeting of January 30, 2009, were approved.

3. The next Executive Committee Meeting will be at 4:00 on 9/25/2009 at MATC.

4. One issue was raised: how can we handle equipment availability for future section meetings? The host institution will have a room checklist which details available equipment, and speakers will choose from a list of available technologies.

5. The meeting adjourned at 8:50.
