Model United Nations

Past Countries / Fundraisers

CCMUN typically participates in two Model UN conferences a year. Carthage students represent a specific country at each Model United Nations conference. To prepare for these conferences students must conduct research and learn everything they can about the country they represent as well as certain topics that they will discuss at the conference. CCMUN typically attends the American Model UN (AMUN), Midwest Model UN (MMUN) or the National Model UN (NMUN) conferences. CCMUN also holds an on-campus fundraiser each spring. These fundraisers raise campus awareness of current international situations. Profits are donated to a charity or non-governmental organization.
