Shuhong Zhao

Shuhong Zhao, from Beijing, China, is in the United States for the first time. As a Target Language Expert for Carthage, she is teaching Chinese 101.

In China, she taught English at a middle school.

"I love teaching and love the students, both here and in China," she says. "This is my first time  teaching Chinese. It is a little challenging, but I  am having a lot of fun."

Her hobbies include sports — "Badminton is my favorite," she says.
