Choral Ensembles

A.F. Siebert Chapel Choir
A 30-voice ensemble welcoming singers of all backgrounds. Performs at campus worship services and events, and at worship services in other churches in the region.

Carthage Choir
The College's premier vocal ensemble, believed to be the second oldest touring choir in the United States. Membership is by individual audition.

Kenosha Choral Arts Society
Formerly the Carthage Masterworks Chorale, the Kenosha Choral Arts Society welcomes choral enthusiasts of all backgrounds and musical interests.

Gospel Messengers
Students, faculty, staff and friends of the College, this non-auditioning choir perform on campus and across the country.

Lincoln Chamber Singers
A group of 16-20 singers who perform sacred and secular works on campus and on tours. Membership by individual audition.

Carthage Women's Ensemble
A group of 40 women that sings music from all genres of choral music for female voices. Performs on and off campus. Membership by individual audition.

Professor produces Namibian Christmas CD

Namibia

Carthage professor of music Peter Dennee traveled with three Carthage students to Ondangwa, Namibia, in July to capture the voices of a children’s choir in preparation for producing a Christmas music CD. Read more.
