

Composed of 16 to 20 singers, the Lincoln Chamber Singers perform sacred and secular works from the vast repertory of choral literature. The Lincoln Chamber Singers, directed by Dr. Peter Dennee, recently performed at the Wisconsin Music Educators Association annual conference in Madison and on the Guest Artist Series of the Smithsonian Institute's National Gallery of Art. On their most recent tour in November 2008, the choir performed concerts in Grand Island, Neb., and Littleton, Vail, Evergreen and Estes Park, Colo.
Membership in the ensemble is by individual audition.
Rehearsals are held from 12:15 to 1:05 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday in the Johnson Arts Center, Room 140 (Choral Room).
