Carthage's H.F. Johnson Gallery of Art presents "Dialogue, Spectacle, and Fabrications" April 6-May 15, featuring the work of Carthage art faculty. An opening reception was held April 8 and featured a gallery talk with the artists.

Featuring the works of Diane Levesque, Kimberly Greene, Lisa Bigalke, Ross Moreno, Connie Wolfe, Eric Johnson, Jeremy Plunkett, Beth Shadur, Melanie Kehoss, and Professor Emeritus Ed Kalke, this exhibition demonstrates the expansive range of media, styles, techniques and artistic philosophies of the art faculty.

All established professional artists, with numerous awards and highly accomplished exhibition records, the art faculty at Carthage is a marvelous mixture of distinguished artists who manage to balance their dedication to teaching art with their lifelong commitment to exploring, creating and exhibiting their own work.

Gallery hours are 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday-Friday, 6-8 p.m. Thursday, and 1-4 p.m. Saturday.
