Prof. Art Cyr appeared as one of three panelists on Milwaukee MPTV's Fourth Street Forum Jan. 13. In an episode titled "Wisconsin and America's Wars," Prof. Cyr and the panel discussed the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and their impact on the United States and Wisconsin.
Hosted by Enrique Figueroa, director of the Roberto Hernández Center at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, the show brought together Prof. Cyr; former captain and Army nurse Alison Lighthall, clinical director at Dryhootch of America in Milwaukee; and Rob Rigigliano, director of the Institute of World Affairs at UWM.
