The Carthage Choir will perform in two concerts at Carnegie Hall on Sunday, May 29.
Eduardo Garcia-NovelliAt a 1 p.m. matinee performance, the choir will join forces with other groups, including the New England Symphonic Ensemble, to perform Franz Joseph Haydn's "Lord Nelson Mass." Dr. Charles Hausmann will conduct the mass choir, including soloists Caroline Worra, soprano; Gabriela Garcia, mezzo-soprano; Gregory Schmidt, tenor; and Stephen Hartley, baritone.
At 8 p.m., the Carthage Choir will perform a solo concert, under the direction of Eduardo Garcia-Novelli and guest conductor Weston Noble, as part of the Carnegie Hall Choral Spotlight Series. The 30-minute program will include nine works, and be followed by performances by The North Heights Chorale of Minnesota, and The Archdiocesan Choir of Galveston-Houston. The Carthage Choir will sing with 50 members; Prof. Gregory Berg will serve as accompanist.

Tickets are $35 (Balcony), $57 (Dress Circle) and $95 (Parquet, first and second tiers). Use discount code MAP10508 to purchase the $95 ticket at a special price of $75. Carnegie Hall charges a $6 per ticket service fee for phone and online orders. Discounted tickets are not available after May 5.
