In 2010, the Carthage Microgravity Team conducted an experiment aboard NASA's Weightless Wonder for the third consecutive year. Led by Prof. Kevin Crosby, nine students — Amber Bakkum, '12; Stephanie Finnvik, '12; Isa Fritz '10; Samantha Kreppel, '10; Brad Frye, '10; Katelyn Hartstern, '10; Emily Schiavone, '10; Kim Schultz, '12; and Cecilia Grove, '11 — all physics majors except for Katelyn, who is a chemistry major, determind how propellant behaves in microgravity aboard the Orion, a new crew exploration vehicle being developed by Lockheed Martin.
This video was created by 2010 Microgravity Team member Stephanie Finnvik, using footage taking during the team's flight aboard NASA's Weightless Wonder.
