Camp Director Steve Domin
Steve Domin
has served Carthage College as Director of Soccer Operations, the head men's and women's soccer coach, and instructor
in the exercise and sport science department at different points over the past 13 years.
His guidance has made the Redmen and Lady
Reds consistent winners. The Naperville, Ill native continues to bring
enthusiasm and a tireless work ethic to the lakeshore campus, helping
him earn College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin Coach of the Year
honors. Domin holds a combined 260-160-27 overall record. Under Domin's
direction, Carthage has produced 75 All-CCIW performers, 16 All-State
of Wisconsin Collegiate performers,10 All-Midwest players, two NCAA
All-Americans,conference championships and multiple CCIW "Player &
Coach of the Year Honors." Carthage teams have been ranked in the top ten
by the NSCAA Regional & National Committee on several occasions and have competed in the NCAA National Championships.
Coach Domin is one of the Directors of Coaching for the
local area club programs, holds an NSCAA ADVANCED NATIONAL LICENSE and a "USSF"
national coaching license, served on the NCAA Men's & Women's Championship Selection Committee
and is a full-time teacher in Carthage's Exercise and Sports Science department.
Assistant Camp Director Susie Foster
Susie Foster begins 4th year
as head coach in 2008 after serving as an assistant coach in both 2003 and 2004. A native of Glenview, Ill., the former Susie
McCreery graduated from Northwestern University in 2002, cum laude, with a bachelor's in human
development and psychological services. She lettered in soccer four times at Northwestern between
1998 and 2002, was the starting goal keeper in both 2000 and 2001, and lettered on a 1998 team that
reached the "Sweet 16" in the NCAA Division I Women’s Soccer Championship. Foster ended her playing
career as the Wildcats' career leader in goals-against average with a 1.23 per-game mark. She was
named Big 10 all-academic three times and 2001 Verizon Academic All-District V.
