Main Stage: Wartburg Auditorium

This proscenium-style theatre seats 400. Five to six productions are staged in Wartburg Auditorium each academic year. The theatre is located in the David A. Straz Jr. Center for the Natural and Social Sciences at the north end of Campus Drive. Current Main Stage shows

Second Stage: Studio Theatre

The Studio Theatre is a small, flexible theatre located in the lower level of the Straz building. It seats 80 to 100 people, and can be set up as a thrust (audience on three sides) or round theatre (audience on all sides). Current Studio Theatre shows

Costume Shop

Carthage has a 1,500-square-foot costume shop with a design lab that includes drafting equipment and computers for set and costume design. The shop is used by students studying costume design and technical theatre production, as well as students preparing for upcoming shows.
