Wisconsin voters, make sure you’re prepared to cast your ballot this April by registering to vote, double-checking your registration, finding your polling location, and making sure you have the proper ID for voting.

The website myvote.wi.gov is a great resource for Wisconsin voters. Here you can see if you’re registered, register if you still need to, and find your polling location.

Residential students who plan to vote in Kenosha for the April 4 Spring Election will vote at the Civil War Museum, 5400 1st Ave., Kenosha, WI 53140. Voting is held from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

A photo ID is required and must be in the form of a Wisconsin driver’s license, Wisconsin state ID, or a valid voter ID card. Students can obtain voter ID cards from the Office of Student Life during normal office hours (8 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Friday). A student ID card will not suffice as a valid photo ID for voting. 

Forgot to register to vote? You can register in person at the Kenosha Municipal Clerk’s Office (625 52nd St, Kenosha, WI 53140) until 5 p.m. on Friday, March 31, or at your polling location on Election Day. Check your registration status and find your polling location at myvote.wi.gov.
