Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach
Carthage College, an NCAA Division III institution and member of the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin, is seeking applications for a Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach.
This full time position requires two years previous successful coaching and or participation experience at the college, high school or club level. is an incredible opportunity for a passionate, competitive and collaborative leader who enjoys a flexible yet high-performing workplace culture.
Reporting to the Athletic Director, the Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach will assume all aspects of coaching, recruiting, scheduling, travel and budget management. Evening and weekend hours are essential and must be cleared to drive college vehicles. They will work closely with the Athletic Director and Vice President for Enrollment to set annual recruiting goals.
Along with educational and sport experience, consideration will be given to the candidate whose characteristics maintain and promote the academic pursuits of Carthage student-athletes; comply with and reinforce the athletic department’s rules and mission; acts professionally and communicates appropriately with the college’s students, coaches, administration, staff, alumni and spectators; as well as willingness to develop professionally.
