“こんにちは I am Misuzu. I was born and raised in Japan. I just earned my bachelor’s degree in Japanese literature. I also completed all the requirements of a Japanese language teacher training course throughout my four years of college. Have you ever tried Japanese food such as sushi or tempura? Do you like watching anime or reading manga? If you are interested in Japanese culture, I would love to share all of my experiences in Japan. I enjoy cooking, reading, listening to music, and doing all kinds of outdoor activities in my free time. I can’t wait to see all of you and have a great time together!”

“こんにちは (Konniciwa, Hello!) I am Natsumi, the Japanese TLE from Tokyo. I majored in Japanese Language Education. Before I came here, I taught Japanese to international students in a Japanese language school and supported immigrant children facing language difficulties. I am so excited to teach Japanese and to share Japanese culture. Also, I would like to get to know other cultures. Why don’t we share our languages and culture? I particularly want to try new foods, so if you have any recommendations, please let me know! I’m looking forward to having two beautiful years at Carthage and meeting all of you! よろしくおねがいします!”
