Carthage has more than 130 student clubs and organizations through which students can get involved, explore possible careers, meet other students, work closely with faculty advisors, and perform customer service. Japanese Club

Japanese Club is a student-run organization that hosts meetings and events for students interested in Japan. It provides opportunities for students to further expand their knowledge of Japan and its culture outside of class. But most of all, we have fun! We enjoy the time together watching Japanese anime, playing games, learning Japanese songs, and talking about Japan.

Adventurers Anonymous

Adventurers Anonymous is an organization open to all Carthage students looking to study abroad, those returning from study abroad, international students, and anyone interested in learning more about cultures around the world.

Adventures in Fandom and Cosplay

Adventures in Fandom and Cosplay is dedicated to cosplay (costume performance art), and discussing and appreciating pop culture. The clubs holds various events open to the public throughout the year, including a Halloween party, photoshoots, and Carthage Con.

Alpha Mu Gamma

Alpha Mu Gamma is the National Collegiate Foreign Language Honor Society. The organization promotes language studies, cultural events, and community outreach. AMG offers many scholarships and is a great networking tool. Members attend the National Alpha Mu Gamma Conference and plan events for National Foreign Language Week.
