Students admitted to Carthage can secure their place in the upcoming class by submitting a $300 advance payment. Information regarding class registration, as well as housing information for students planning to live on campus, is only sent to students who have submitted this advance payment.

For students entering in the fall term, advance payments submitted to Carthage prior to May 1 are refundable (if requested in writing) before this date. Any advance payments for fall term received after May 1 will be accepted on a space available basis.

For students entering in the January term or spring term, advance payments submitted to Carthage prior to November 1 are refundable (if requested in writing) before this date. Any advance payments for January term or spring term received after November 1 will be accepted on a space available basis.
