The Classics and History Visit Day is intended for students who show a deep interest in History, Archaeology, the Classical World, or Latin and Greek.
During your visit, you will receive an overview of Carthage, including admissions, scholarships and financial aid. You will have an in-depth look at the Arts and Humanities at Carthage and opportunities available for you that make Carthage stand out in your college search.
Our Visit Day goes beyond a campus tour. The day is tailored to exploring all the opportunities available to our students: learn about our programs, sit in on a class, meet our faculty, and even apply for a scholarship
Classics/History Visit Day Schedule:
Check-In: 9:30 a.m.
- Program concludes: 4 p.m.
Your Visit Includes:
- Admissions and Financial Aid presentation
- Campus tour with a current Carthage student
- Classics and History faculty talk
- Visit a class
- Complimentary lunch in the dining commons
- Meet the Dean
The Classics/History Scholarship is intended for a candidate who shows a deep interest in the study of the Ancient Greek, Roman World and history. Scholarship candidates must apply to Carthage and complete a scholarship essay by December 3.
