Early Arrival Check-in
1-4 p.m., Campbell Student Union
Attendees will be able to check in, receive their parking passes, and get assistance taking their luggage to their rooms. 15-minute parking will be available in the Oaks Circle adjacent to the Oaks Residence Halls.
Welcome Reception
3 p.m., Campbell Student Union
Enjoy refreshments while connecting with fellow alumni and friends new and old.

Session Option 1: Estate Planning with Elizabeth Ruthmandorfer

Elizabeth Ruthmandorfer will share five things you should think about as you prepare for long-term financial planning.

The Campus Tour will be led by our student admissions ambassadors.
Free Time
5 p.m.
Spend some time between scheduled events exploring the Carthage campus and Kenosha area.
There will be a special Alumni Choir led by Richard Sjoerdsma, professor emeritus of music and former chair of the Music Department, Corinne Ness, dean of the Arts and Humanities Division, and Greg Berg, associate professor of music, with rehearsals at this time and at 4 p.m. on Saturday in the JAC Recital Hall. Please note in the registration form if you’re interested in joining the Alumni Choir.
Illinois Campus Reunion
6 p.m., 128s, Todd Wehr Center
Illinois campus alumni and Gold Plus alumni (graduates through 1969) are invited to a very special dinner celebrating this group’s distinctive legacy. President John Swallow will share an exclusive sneak peek at the upcoming dedication of the Carthage College historical marker at the Illinois campus location as part of our year-long celebration of 175 years since the founding of Carthage. A $40 ticket includes a meal, two drink tickets, and a $5 gift to the Alumni Association Scholarship.

Alumni not attending the Illinois Campus Reunion are invited to dine cafeteria-style in the Campbell Student Union.
Game Night
7:30 p.m., Campbell Student Union
Put your Carthage knowledge to the test! Join us for a friendly game of Carthage Trivia, Bingo, and other card and board games in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. A dessert and coffee bar will keep the action going into the night!

Inclusion and belonging are necessary attributes in workplaces today. What does it take to become an inclusive leader? What attributes must a person possess to be seen as being good to people? What specific actions can leaders take to be more inclusive?

Session 3: J-Term Study Tours: Exploring and Experiencing the World

4 p.m.
Spend some time between scheduled events exploring the Carthage campus and Kenosha area.
Also during this time, Pastor Dudley Riggle will host a Fireside Conversation, “Reflections, Convictions, and Questions,” in the Campbell Student Union Living Room open to all guests. Pastor Riggle is the former Campus Pastor, Emeritus Professor of Religion, and a member of the Carthage family since 1961.
Kenosha Kingfish Baseball Game Excursion
5:30 p.m., Kenosha Kingfish Baseball Club
Come to a Kenosha Kingfish baseball game! Alumni will enjoy a semi-private space located in the left field featuring reserved picnic tables with shade umbrellas and all-you-can-eat ballpark food from gates until the 5th inning. All-you-can-drink beer, soda, and water through the 8th inning. A $40 ticket includes a $5 gift to the Alumni Association Scholarship. Space is limited. The shuttle will depart and return to campus from the Oaks Circle.
