What is The Aspire Program?
The Aspire Program, run through The Aspire Center, is Carthage’s career preparation program. Unlike career services programs at most colleges, Aspire is a comprehensive four-year program. Students connect with The Aspire Center during their first days on campus, and work with a personal Aspire Career Specialist to develop an individualized career development plan. There’s no extra cost, and all program elements are sprinkled throughout your Carthage experience.
The Aspire Program makes career preparation fun, easy, stress-free, and relevant. Through Aspire, all students will have access to great career outcomes. You will:
- Design a clear career plan for your future.
- Gain real career-building experience on- and off-campus starting your first year.
- Expand your personal and professional networks to inform your choices and open doors.
- Secure positions in line with your goals.
