IMPORTANT: Your submission may appear without editing, along with your name, on the Carthage website, so please submit your news story in publishable form. Your submission will be visible on the Carthage website immediately if you are a faculty or staff member. Student submissions will be visible after they are approved.

Submit a news story if you would like your news included in the Bridge Roundup, sent every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Your news will be posted to The Bridge online, and included in the next email. For this reason, it’s best to submit news of upcoming events no more than 2-4 days in advance.

Events submitted to The Bridge are added to the main Carthage calendar. Events are NOT included in the Bridge Roundup emails. You can submit an event at any time, well in advance. We suggest submitting an event as soon as your event details are finalized. Then follow up with a news submission 2-4 days before the event takes place.

Please include a caption, along with your name so we can give you credit for your pic. Your photo may run on The Bridge, the Carthage homepage, on displays around campus, or be shared on Carthage social media.
