Scrambled eggs served with love (and luck!)
We say it all the time here at Carthage: Faculty and staff are dedicated to our students. Twice a year, that dedication looks a lot like scrambled eggs.
The Late Night Breakfast is a Carthage tradition, held each semester on the night before final exams begin. Professors and staff from across the College don aprons and chef hats to serve a full (and free!) breakfast to students from 10 p.m.-midnight, and wish them good luck on their final exams.
Why? Simple. Nothing relieves the stress of Finals Week like your Provost handing you a plate of pancakes, your professor dishing up yogurt parfaits, while faculty and staff join the fun.
