Big screens. Big names. And the big stage. Within 25 miles of Carthage, there are 27 art galleries, 12 museums, 9 theatres, and 1 awesome pier to explore. Our own Tarble Arena has hosted some big numbers as well. Fans of the Dave Matthews Band, the Script, the Fray, and T-Pain have all packed in to hear their favorite artists play.
Movies, comedians, bands, bingo, games, we can go on, but we’d run out of room. The Carthage Activities Board (CAB) is a student-run organization on campus that selects, plans, promotes, and produces most of the campus events. Thanks to CAB, you’ll never be bored on a weekend.
Calendar of Events
Hey, is that guest lecture today or tomorrow? Does the play open this weekend or next? Is the football team at home this weekend? Unless you have the best memory on the planet, knowing when and where things happen can be next to impossible.
That’s what the Carthage Calendar is for.
Homecoming, Commencement, the annual Christmas Festival, and Family Weekends are just some of the yearly events hosted by Carthage.
