A Carthage student gains experience in the tough task of interviewing for a job during a mock interview for a January Term class in 2013.

Career Services offers career counseling to alumni. A counselor can help you assess your interests, skills, and abilities; outline a career plan; and find helpful services and resources.

Carthage career counselors also provide resumé critiques and mock interviews. Get immediate feedback on your effectiveness.

Fall Career Fair

Career Services hosts an on-campus career fair every fall, attended by approximately 50 employers. Alumni are welcome to attend.

WIPCCC Career Fair

Each spring, the Wisconsin Independent College Career Consortium (WIPCCC) sponsors a career fair open exclusively to students and alumni of Wisconsin’s private colleges and universities. Contact Career Services for more information.



Be a Mentor to a Current Student


Granite walkways paved with commemorative bricks lead to sidewalks that connect the entire Carthage campus. Names of alumni and friends of the College are etched in sections of these attractive walkways. These granite paths originate at Sesquicentennial Plaza, a forum that honors those whose vision and sacrifice have nurtured the Carthage spirit.

Carthage alumni can be valuable mentors to current students. Students can learn more about their desired careers, and gain insight into the transition to professional life.
