Carthage and COVID-19

Facility Hours

Barnes & Noble at Carthage

Barnes & Noble at Carthage is closed at this time.

Online Delivery Available with Free Shipping

We remain open for online business and will continue to serve you through our app and on the website. We will keep delivering our products during this temporary store closure with free shipping on all orders, though you may experience significantly longer shipping times than usual based on local conditions.

Returning Rented Textbooks

Rented textbooks can be returned free by mail; however, UPS is not holding any packages, so books may be returned to the sender. We encourage all students to wait on returns until the Wisconsin Safer at Home order is lifted and the campus bookstore reopens. To return textbooks, go to the campus store website and follow the instructions to print a shipping label. While textbooks should be returned by Wednesday, May 20, if possible, Barnes & Noble has extended the grace period for rental returns through the first week of fall classes.

Campus Mailroom

The Lentz Hall mailroom is operating with modified hours during the period of remote learning. The mailroom is open 8 a.m.-1 p.m. Monday-Friday.

Students

Students should refrain from coming onto campus to pick up any mail during this time. All mail that was previously stored in the Todd Wehr Center Student Mailroom has been relocated to the Lentz Hall Mailroom.

If a student would like their mail forwarded to their home address, please contact the mailroom at 262-551-5711 or mailroom@carthage.edu. The Lentz Hall Mailroom is open every weekday from 8:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M to contact. Mailroom services will work with you on creating a forwarding label along with any other steps that are needed to successfully receive mail.

Faculty and Staff

All outgoing mail will be picked up by noon and mail is not being delivered to campus offices. Please pick up your mail during the posted hours.

Questions? Please contact the mailroom at 262-551-5711.
