Equity and Inclusion at Carthage encourages Carthage College to adopt inclusive practices and programs that create opportunity for all.
In the classroom, we promote active learning about diversity that allows both students and faculty to effectively acquire cultural competency. Beyond the classroom, we envision a campus community where all the goals of “Seeking Truth, Inspiring Service, and Building Strength” can be accomplished in a climate where “Together” all feel valued, respected, and safe.
The Equity and Inclusion at Carthage website provides information about diversity-related programming at Carthage, as well as a directory of diversity-related resources for all students, faculty, staff, alumni, and the greater community.
