Weekday In-Person Information Sessions include a presentation about admissions, financial aid, and curriculum, as well as a campus tour. These programs are approximately two hours long.
Morning programs begin at 10 a.m. Central Time and conclude around noon. Check-in is 9:30-10 a.m.
Afternoon programs begin at 2 p.m. Central Time and conclude around 4 p.m. Check-in is 1:30- 2 p.m.

SCHEDULE YOUR VISIT
- In-Person Info Sessions are offered on select dates and require registration in advance. Due to social distancing guidelines, families who have not pre-registered will not be accommodated.
- All in-person info sessions will feature social distancing. This includes a spacious presentation room, as well as a limited number of families per event to allow for one tour guide per family.
- Each family will be limited to four visitors (including the prospective student).
WHEN YOU ARRIVE
- Please enter campus at the center/middle entrance. A campus map will be emailed to you.
- A Public Safety Officer may greet your vehicle as you enter campus to provide directions and safety reminders.
- All visitors will be asked a series of screening questions to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
- All visitors’ names and contact information will be recorded.
- Guests will be welcomed with a friendly hello, but we’ll skip the formal handshake!
DURING YOUR VISIT
- All guests must wear a face covering. Please bring your own face mask; masks are available if needed.
- All Admissions staff and tour guides will also wear a face covering.
- Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout campus.
- An abundance of seating is available for optimal social distancing. Event attendance is capped at a fraction of room capacity.
- All guests will be reminded to refrain from touching surfaces during the tour.
