Take specially designed courses taught by the College’s most outstanding professors

The core of the Honors Program is the Honors Curriculum, a set of Honors-only courses designed to facilitate intellectual community while providing academic challenge. Honors courses are grounded in the real world and conducted in the liberal arts spirit of inquiry. Carthage Honors students do more than master material. They are immersed in each Honors professor’s mode of thinking. Honors students take one Honors course in each of their first six semesters on campus.
