On-Campus & Local Worship Opportunities
Campus worship opportunities
Sundays
Catholic Mass
7:30 p.m., A. F. Siebert Chapel
Our Roman Catholic student staff work with local priests who come to campus for weekly mass during the weeks that classes are in session. Students are involved in reading scripture, leading music and assisting the priests. Contact student leaders Tyler Pasquale - tpasquale@carthage.edu or Kassia Schraufnagel - kschraufnagel@carthage.edu for more information.
Tuesdays
TUESDAY CHAPEL
11:40 - noon Siebert Chapel (main chapel)
If you are looking for a traditional Protestant worship experience Tuesday Chapel is the place for you. Come and re-center yourself with confession and forgiveness, scripture reading and reflection, and encountering God’s grace with communion. Contact Debbie Clark-dclark@carthage.edu in the Center for Faith & Spirituality for more details.
Thursdays
SPIRIT
5:30 p.m., Ehrler Hospitality Center (northwest corner of A. F. Siebert Chapel)
Come to Spirit to explore what it is you believe about God, what the purpose of humanity is, how what you believe impacts what you do and more. If you come from a faith tradition this is a chance to deconstruct and reconstruct your faith system. If you have never explored the ideas of faith before this could be a time to come to understand what connects for you. All are welcome. Contact Delia Glogovsky dglogovsky@carthage.edu or Brad Szubryt bszubryt@carthage.edu for more information.
