Out-of-Class Notices

The Health and Counseling Center also coordinates official out-of-class notices for students who have been absent for three or more consecutive days. Students must complete a release of information (ROI) and provide medical documentation to the Health and Counseling Center. Due to confidentiality, the Health and Counseling Center cannot contact any professors or staff members until an ROI is completed. Students who have been absent from class for one or two days should directly notify their professors if their illness interferes with their academic work and determine their responsibilities.

Hours

Monday-Friday
8:30 a.m.-1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. when classes are in session
*Hours are adjusted during J-Term and any breaks during the semester. Health services are not available in the summer.

If students need medical assistance when the Health Center is not staffed with a medical professional or is not open, we encourage individuals to utilize urgent care locations (see information further down the page).
