The Team includes:
Eric Birchall (Mechanical Engineering)
Cameron Bishop (Computer Engineering)
Spencer Bundy (General Engineering)
Maranda Cherry (Engineering Physics)
Tyler Cowie (Electrical Engineering)
Jeff McCaw (Electrical Engineering)
John Sekijoba (Mechanical Engineering)

The team hopes to introduce a number of undergraduate Indigenous and Black engineering students to competitive rocketry and the organization needed to run a team by participating in the First Nations Launch program. They were the first team selected to compete in FNL from Canada in 2019, and the only team from Canada in 2020.

Queen’s University at Kingston have competed in other rocket competitions such as the Spaceport America Cup and Launch Canada. Queen’s University has also participated in the United States Department of Energy Solar Decathlon (2020 Design Challenge) and are signed up for the 2021 challenge.

Congratulations Queen’s University at Kingston’s Q-AISES Rocket Team, and best of luck to you in your future!
