WSGC Student Spotlight: Emily Rose Yank

Congratulations to this week’s #WSGCStudentSpotlight, Emily Rose Yank! Emily Rose is the recipient of a Women in Aviation Scholarship and is currently a Junior.
Emily Rose Yank is a student at Gateway Technical College currently working towards her Private Pilot Certificate. From a very young age she has gone to the EAA which was where her love of aviation started. Her love for airplanes has also been greatly inspired by her Dad, who is an airplane mechanic. Alongside learning to fly, she enjoys teaching violin and piano as well as playing and singing for church and spending lots of time outdoors.
