SPARK Summer Camp

Time: July 26 - July 28

Location: Carthage College

SPARK Summer Camp is a free, three-day, two-night STEM camp for girls exiting seventh and eighth grade in the Kenosha and Racine areas. The all-female camp is held July 26-28 at Carthage.

SPARK will focus on mentorship and engagement to empower women in STEM. Girls will interact in small groups that allow for collaboration and teamwork led by female STEM Carthage students.

Hands-on, interactive workshops led by Carthage faculty are designed to captivate, excite, and educate campers. Female community professionals from local businesses provide interactive seminars and activities to educate campers on the diverse STEM careers available in their own community.

There are 50 spots available and the camp is free for all. Registration opened on Monday, June 10, and closes on Friday, July 12.

For more information on how to register or how to support SPARK, email sparksummercampkenosha@gmail.com.
