Join us as we enjoy Black History Month cuisine from 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 24, in The Caf. Check our traditional North African dishes at Roots, such as chakalaka and North African chopped cauliflower salad during lunch.
Enjoy traditional southern dishes at The Flying Star, such as golden fried catfish, collard greens, scratch macaroni and cheese, and cornbread during dinner.
