Hispanic Heritage Celebration: Documentary “Viva La Causa”

Celebrate Hispanic Heritage with the first event in a week-long series brought to you by Multicultural Affairs in collaboration with Carthage faculty and staff. 

The documentary Viva La Causa will be viewed in its entirety and a discussion will follow led by Latinos Unidos. Viva La Causa is a documentary about the march for human rights through a grape strike and boycott that was led by César Chávez and Dolores Huerta in the 1960s. The documentary is 39 minutes.
