Group Training: Learn to Lift

2:00pm - 2:45pm CST November 7, 2013

This introductory session will increase your confidence in using weights. Students will learn safe free weight lifting techniques. The sessions will be held in the Semler Weight Room on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2 to 2:45 p.m.
