Group Fitness Class: Team Fit

The Carthage Health and Wellness Program offers free group fitness classes. Team Fit focuses on fat burning and cardio as trainers use body weight exercises to enhance participants’ fitness levels.

All fitness levels are welcome for Team Fit. Registration is open, but be sure to sign up for updates.

Team Fit meets every Thursday from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. in the Semler Fitness Center. Please email tprochnow@carthage.edu with any questions or to sign-up.
