The Health and Wellness Program offers free fitness classes. This flow yoga will help you relax, find your inner self, and increase stability and flexibility. A mix of poses, breathe awareness, core stability, and stretching will benefit participants of any fitness level. Please bring a yoga mat if possible.
Yoga is offered every Monday from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Classes meet in the TARC’s Dance Room. Yoga instructor is Stacey Adamczyk ’15
