RELAX with Meditation Club on Wednesdays
One of the most effective and helpful ways to relieve stress is meditation. If you don’t know how to mediate but would like to learn, or want other people to meditate with, Meditation Club meets every week. It is a very relaxed atmosphere where everyone who wishes can come together and share silence with no judgment. It’s a safe place where we can meet to teach and learn from one another.
Meetings are held from 7 to 8 p.m. every Wednesday in the Potente Chapel (across from the Student Union on the way to the Oaks). We hope to see you there.
