TARC to offer free fitness classes: Team Fitness, Fast Abs, and Learn to Lift

Personal Training Sessions will be offered through the months of November and December. You can sign up for any of the following group fitness offerings by contacting Tyler Prochnow via email at tprochnow@carthage.edu. You are also more than welcome to participate the day of the event without registration.

Team Fitness
Instructors: Mike Trevino and Tyler Prochnow
When: Mondays and Wednesdays, 4-4:45 p.m.
Where: Fieldhouse
Theme: High-intensity body weight
Mission: Challenge students each day to push themselves to the limits
Length: 45-minute class

Fast Abs
Instructor: Tyler Prochnow and FFP
When: Monday-Thursday, 4:45 p.m.
Where: Fieldhouse
Theme: Quick, efficient core strengthening
Mission: Introduce students to the TARC and increase core strength
Length: Short, 10-15 minutes

Learn to Lift
Instructor: Tyler Prochnow and FFP
When: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 2 p.m.
Where:
Marconi Weight Room
Theme: Safe free weight lifting techniques.
Mission: Increase student confidence in weights
Length: 45-minute course
