Carthage seeks human resources manager to join HR team

Carthage has begun a search for a human resources manager to join the College’s human resources team. The HR manager will report to Director of Human Resources Sandy Siira.

The new HR manager will be tasked with overseeing many of the HR functions established by Sandy, who founded the HR department in 2016. Those areas include staffing and recruitment, position management, compensation, FMLA, employee relations, performance management, and professional development.

The position is being posted this week and the committee hopes to begin reviewing applicants in January. The committee plans to bring finalists to campus to meet with the Carthage community.
