Take a J-Term study tour to China!

Students who are interested in learning about the China J-Term study tour are invited to a meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 11 at 4:15 p.m. in room 424 Lentz Hall. This will be a June study tour (June 3 - July 3).

Students will teach English in a middle school in Hunan Province, China and will also visit Beijing, Shanghai, and Nanjing. This is a Carthage Symposium and Global Heritage class taught by education professor Jun Wang and modern languages and economics professor Ed Montanaro

There are no prerequisites for this four-credit study tour. First year students are welcome and encouraged to enroll. You do not need to speak Chinese to enroll in this class.

The cost of the study tour is $3,200, which includes flights, ground transportation, lodging, food, admissions, and your visa.
