The Society of Physics Students and their friends will make Carthage’s 11-inch telescope available to the public on select Fridays in Oct. and Nov. at the Griffin Observatory on the Kemper Center campus, 6501 3rd Ave, Kenosha. The last date to stargaze is Friday, Nov. 9.

Stargazing is free and open to the public. Doors open 7:30-9:30 p.m., weather permitting. 

Guests are encouraged to dress warmly. Some stair climbing is required, we encourage children who are accompanied by adults. Inquiries may be directed to Professor Brian Schwartz at bschwartz@carthage.edu or (262)-551-6042.
