Lady Reds volleyball team receive at-large bid into NCAA Tournament

The NCAA announced on Monday that the Carthage women’s volleyball team has put together an impressive-enough resume to earn one of the coveted at-large berths into the 2018 NCAA Division III Women’s Volleyball Championship.

The Lady Reds, who finished this season at 21-10 and as runners-up in the CCIW regular season and tournament, will face Wittenberg University in the first round of the Championship at the Grand Rapids, Mich. hosted by Calvin College.

Carthage’s opening round game will take place on Thursday at 12:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

Ticket prices are $6 for general admission, $4 for senior citizens, members of the military and students ($3 for Calvin students with an ID) and $3 for children ages two-to-12.

All sessions passes (good for all three days) will be $12 for adults, $10 for seniors citizens, members of the military and students and $7 for children ages two-to-12.
