    The Society of Physics Students, partnered with Tremper High School, invites you to stargaze at Griffin Observatory on Fridays this semester.

The Carthage Society of Physics Students and the Tremper High School Astronomical Society will make available to the public Carthage’s eleven-inch telescope on select Fridays this spring at the Griffin Observatory on the Kemper Center campus, 6501 3rd Ave, Kenosha, Wis. These events are free and open to the public.  

Doors are open from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. each evening, weather permitting. 

Dates include the following Fridays:

  • Feb. 15
  • Feb. 22
  • March 1
  • March 8

Guests are encouraged to dress warmly. Some stair climbing is required, we encourage that children be accompanied by adults.
