Miss Frederick stated: “I credit the Carthage Mock Trial Team for a huge portion of my success in law school, both academically and with the Villanova trial team. I didn’t realize how much experience and confidence I had gained from competing in college until I started law school. I’ve been able to grow and mold the trial skills I learned from Professor Michael Phegley with my law school classes, including Evidence and Trial Advocacy. I am so grateful that Carthage gave me such a wonderful experience and helped me develop my passion for the law and trial advocacy.”

Miss Frederick helped lead the 2015-16 Carthage Mock Trial team to a ranking of 43 nationally out of more than 650 teams. She is also near the top of her law school class.
