Chris Ballman '95 joins President's Leadership Council

The President’s Leadership Council welcomes new member and Carthage alumnus Chris Ballman ’95. Mr. Ballman is senior director at SmithBucklin, an association management and services company serving trade associations, professional societies, technology communities, charitable organizations, and corporations. While at Carthage, Mr. Ballman majored in history and was a member of the men’s tennis team and Tau Sigma Phi fraternity.

Why Mr. Ballman joined the PLC: “I joined to give back to the greater Carthage community. Carthage was, and continues to be, an important part of my life. I want to help Carthage continue its strategic growth initiatives. I am excited to be a part of this council.”   

The President’s Leadership Council recognizes and engages Carthage alumni, parents, and friends who are highly invested in advancing the strategic priorities of the College and strengthening its ties to the greater Carthage community. Council members contribute as leaders through philanthropic giving, advocacy, and volunteer engagement, and are offered high-level, exclusive opportunities to interact with senior leadership, including the President, deans, faculty members, coaches, and others to offer input on new initiatives and progress toward ongoing priority initiatives.
