Congratulations to Circle K International on achievements at the District Convention

During Spring Break, Carthage’s chapter of Circle K International attended the District Convention in Green Bay, Wis. Circle K International is the world’s largest student-led collegiate service organization. Nine members attended, including Meg Mas ’19, Ashlee Trotter ’19, Ashley Freund ’20, Madeline Jerry ’20, Mia Vilanova ’21, Cat Kitchen ’20, Katie Lumsden ’19, Shannon Gegare ’22, and Megan Lau ’20.

In addition to learning and serving with other Circle K clubs, the club was awarded the District Spirit Award for the first time in 17 years.

Cat Kitchen was elected to District Board as the bulletin editor for 2019-2020. In her new role, Cat will create and disseminate the District Newsletter.

Ashlee Trotter was recognized for her year-long service on the District Board as the lieutenant governor for 2018-2019. Ashlee planned numerous events and provided club support for Milwaukee and Kenosha-area Circle K Clubs. Ashlee was also awarded the Senior Service Award for her years of service to Circle K and Key Club.
