Volunteer opportunity at Feed My Starving Children through Carthage Cares program TODAY

Carthage would like to introduce a new program called Carthage Cares. Carthage Cares is an opportunity for faculty and staff to come together throughout the year to engage in a variety of service projects in the community and surrounding areas.

Carthage employees will be allotted four paid hours annually to be used toward a Carthage Cares event of their choosing.

Carthage Cares will volunteer at Feed My Starving Children in Libertyville, Ill. Staff and faculty who wish to participate should turn in the Carthage Cares approval form to the Human Resources Department.

Once appropriate approvals have been secured to participate as indicated by the program policy, individuals can go to https://www.fmsc.org/get-involved/volunteer to sign up. Find the box labeled “Looking for Specific Group.” Use the Join Code above for the date you would like to participate. Participants will receive more information on transportation after signing up.

Additionally, we would love to have more people involved with Carthage Cares. If you would like to be a part of the planning team for future service events contact anyone on the Carthage Cares team.
