All faculty and staff are invited to participate in this year’s fall conference, co-sponsored by Library and Information Services (LIS) and the Teaching Commons. The conference opens on Thursday, Aug. 22 with a workshop focused on advising, and which includes a keynote address by Dr. Joshua Smith, dean of the School of Education at Loyola University Maryland, and past-president of NACADA: The Global Community for Advising.

Concurrent sessions follow on Thursday afternoon and continue on Friday, opening with “News You Can Use,” a series of brief updates on high-interest topics.
