Carthage filmmakers screen film at International Film Festival

Students from Carthage’s Advanced Cinema Production class present their final project along with international film teams from Iran, Mozambique, India, Israel, China, France, Austria, and the Netherlands.

Their short film, “Samsara” (2019), is screening in the professional indie feature category as part of the Lift Off Sessions Film Festival. Carthage students and alumni include Quade Kayle ’19, Joseph Nelson ’21, and Juan Sanchez ’19 (principal film team). Benjamin Morgan ’19, Mitchell Mages ’21, Kevin Reilly ’21, and Nolan Grogan ’20 were also involved in the feature’s production.
